Who’s Dave?

Dave Cohen, a.k.a. SQUID, is a Los Angeles based freelance cartoonist and sculptor. He unwittingly became involved in the peace movement when he got a sickening feeling in his gut during the 2000 election debacle. The post-9/11 introduction of the Patriot Act and the sudden focus on Iraq furthered his skepticism of the Bush Cartel, prompting him to investigate their agenda. The findings lead he and his wife to participate in rallies and return (when time permitted) to political cartooning.

The PNAC is the driving force behind this whole mess and have been working for a foreign policy of corporate/military hegemony for many years. The peace movement must have its own long term goals and the patience to implement them as well. First things first, though. 1.) Educate! 2.) Expose these criminals and depose them." -
